Preventive health and wellness is becoming one of the fastest-growing intersections of AI, consumer health and employer benefits. Polish-American startup Mos Health is positioning itself in this space with a data-driven approach that aims to turn personalised health advice into consistent daily action.

The company has raised nearly €920k ($1.1 million) in a pre-Seed funding round to build its MVP, develop its core AI technology and support its initial market entry in the United States.

Turning health advice into execution

Mos Health is building what it describes as an AI Health Partner, a system designed to help users move beyond generic recommendations and towards sustainable health routines. Rather than focusing solely on insights or tracking, the platform is designed to reduce friction by combining personalised protocols with physical products that support execution.

According to the company, many health and wellness programmes fail because users struggle to translate advice into daily habits. Mos Health aims to close this execution gap by acting as a step-by-step guide that adapts to each individual’s data and lifestyle.

How the Mos Health platform works

The Mos Health system is built around two connected components. The first is a software platform that analyses data from multiple sources, including sleep patterns, diet, laboratory results and wearable devices such as Apple Watch and Oura. Using this data, the AI Health Partner generates personalised health protocols tailored to the user’s goals and current condition.

The second component is a proprietary line of supplements manufactured with a partner in the United States. These supplements are designed to act as a physical execution layer for the platform’s recommendations, helping users follow through on personalised protocols without relying on fragmented third-party products.

By combining software and supplementation, Mos Health aims to offer a more integrated preventive health experience than traditional wellness apps.

Founders and leadership

Mos Health was founded by Patrycja Brzozowska, who serves as CEO. Brzozowska previously co-founded and acted as COO of Wellbee, a Polish employee mental health platform that was acquired by Benefit Systems in 2024. Her experience scaling a health-focused B2B platform has shaped Mos Health’s initial go-to-market strategy.

She is joined by Paweł Chrzan, co-founder of Wellbee, and Paweł Sobkowiak, former CTO at Booksy. Together, the founding team brings experience across health tech, consumer platforms and enterprise-grade software development.

The company is also supported by a group of external advisors, including commercial advisor Misa Beach, formerly of OpenAI, and clinical advisor Dr Oliver Zolman, a longevity specialist and co-creator of the Blueprint Protocol alongside Bryan Johnson.

Pre-Seed funding and investors

The nearly €920k pre-Seed round was co-led by SMOK Ventures and Movens Capital, with participation from angel investors including Tomasz Karwatka, Piotr Karwatka and Anna Lankauf.

Investors point to the founding team’s previous exit and ambition to build a globally scalable platform as key factors behind the investment. The funding will be used to develop Mos Health’s MVP, strengthen its AI capabilities and support early deployments in the U.S. market.

Launching through employers in the U.S.

Mos Health is launching in the United States using a B2B2C model, enabling employers to offer personalised preventive health programmes as part of employee benefits. The platform allows companies to provide access to tailored health protocols and supplements under a health-as-a-service model.

The team believes the employer channel offers a practical entry point for behaviour change, as people spend much of their day at work and are more likely to adopt consistent routines when supported through workplace programmes.

Early validation is already underway, with Mos Health signing its first letters of intent with technology startups in the San Francisco Bay Area.

A growing market for preventive health

Preventive health and longevity-focused solutions are attracting increasing attention from both consumers and investors, particularly in the United States. Low levels of physical activity and poor adherence to diets continue to drive demand for systems that combine data, guidance and execution.

By focusing on personalised protocols, AI-driven insights and integrated supplementation, Mos Health is targeting a segment that sits between digital health platforms and traditional wellness products.

Looking ahead

With pre-Seed funding secured, Mos Health plans to focus on product development, clinical validation and early customer adoption in the U.S. market. As employers continue to expand their benefits offerings beyond traditional healthcare, platforms that support preventive health and long-term wellbeing are likely to gain traction.

Mos Health’s challenge will be to demonstrate sustained engagement and measurable outcomes, but its integrated approach and experienced founding team position it well as it enters a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
